Nylon 6 Thermal Yarn

By adjusting the raw material characteristics, the Nylon 6 thermal yarn has a lower melting point. When heated to a certain temperature it will soften and melt into a viscous fluid, then re-curing into a solid after cooling, hence the Nylon 6 thermal yarn has a good bonding effect with other fiber raw materials.
Nylon 6-Conventional Filament Nylon 6 ATY

ATY (Air Textured Yarn) is driven by compressed air and makes the chemical fiber filament loose, displaced, entangled and then formed a loop knot in the nozzle. The Textured Yarn is very different from the original yarn in structure and performance.

ATY is also called spun-like yarn. Owing to hairy feeling like natural cotton, it is also called cotton-like yarn. ATY can offer entirely different look and hand to any fabric. ATY is a yarn with zillions of small loops, which give it a distinct feeling and look.
Functional Nylon 6 Yarn – Nylon 6 Wicking Yarn

With a unique spinning method, the Nylon 6 wicking yarn surface has small grooves. Liquid sweat can enter the fabric internal surface and exit to the external surface by capillary effect, then evaporate into vapor and diffuse to air rapidly. Thus it keeps skin dry and fresh.

Nylon 6-Conventional Filament Nylon 6 FDY

FOY Polyester (also called Fully Drawn Yarn – FDY), is produced by a process similar to POY manufacturing except that the yarn is produced at even higher spinning speeds coupled with intermediate drawing integrated in the process itself. It’s used to manufacture textile fabrics without the need for further finishing. The strength is around 4.2cn/dtex and elongation between 44~49%.

It can be used for both the two processes low-speed spinning and high-speed stretch winding completed on a spinning and drawing machine. FDY fabric feels soft and smooth, often used for weaving silk fabric.
Nylon 6 Germanium Ions

Ge element materials, a non-toxic semiconductor element, being added in the production process forms a special electronic shell structure. It will release electrons at T ≥32℃ that combine with oxygen to generate negative oxygen ions. Thus this yarn product has a far infrared heating function.
